Frequently
Asked Questions

1. Sustainability

Plastic Removal

Every product you purchase funds the removal of 15 kg of plastic waste from the environment. This is the equivalent of 1,000 plastic bottles (each 15 gr).

This plastic is collected through Seven Clean Seas and our plastic recovery projects, which are third-party certified and independently verified to ensure every kilogram we recover is traceable, accountable, and removed to the highest environmental standards. But our impact doesn’t stop there. We work in a way that’s socially responsible by directly hiring our cleanup crews from local communities, providing fair wages, proper contracts, social security, and safe working conditions.

So you’re not only helping clean the planet. You’re also supporting an organisation that provides stable, dignified livelihoods for the people protecting it.

Where are your products made?

We take great pride in our sustainable practices.

4. Exchanges, Refunds & Returns

Exchanges, Refunds & Returns Terms

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we do not process returns or refunds for incorrect size choices, because this means another delivery, new packaging, and more. We ask you to carefully check the sizing details of each product before placing an order.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged or there’s an error on our part, please contact us at hello@sevencleanseas.com with your order number and details. Our team typically replies within 48 hours.

I’m not 100% satisfied with the product and would like to return it.

We’re really sorry to hear that! We do not accept returns as we aim to minimise carbon emissions. We encourage you to consider donating the product to a local shelter or secondhand store where it can find a new home. If you have any other concerns, feel free to reach out to us. We're here to help!

In the meantime, we’re working on adding product reviews to our site.
