The California Sea Lion has made an astounding recovery since it was added to the endangered list in the 70s, due to being hunted for their meat and oil, and their prey having been overfished. Though they’re not out of the woods yet, they can now be found in large colonies in the Sea of Cortez, as captured in this stunning silhouette by Anuar.
Each print purchased guarantees 78.5kg of plastic pulled out of the ocean to help preserve the future of our seas and the species in them.
